1 Pound of flour (whole wheat if you prefer)
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Stevia
1 Package of Yeast
1 Cup of Warm Water
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the water. Mix until the the dough forms a ball. Knead the dough for 10 minutes then put back in a bowl, cover and let sit. After 1 hour, knead again for another couple of minutes and then form your loaf. I prefer dividing the dough into three equal parts and then rolling out so I can braid the dough. Place the loaf on a silpat baking sheet. Let sit another 30 minutes and pop the dough into the oven at 375 degrees and let cook for 25 minutes or until loaf is slightly toasted on top. Yum. I sometimes take this same recipe and turn it into cinnamon bread by simply coating the top of the bread with a cinnamon mix - combine applesauce, cinnamon and stevia and then coat top of bread.
