Whole Wheat Tortillas

Make your own tortillas. They taste amazing, and you control the type of oil and flour used.

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup White Flour
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of olive oil
3/4 cup room temperature milk


Mix together all the dry ingredients. Then slowly add the oil and milk. Knead for 2 minutes then let rest for 15 minutes. Put dough into a bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Divide into 8 even balls and then let rest for 20 minutes. Roll out into 6 to 8 inch size tortillas. Cook one at a time in a dry pan, 30 seconds per side. Enjoy.
