Great Routes for Running - 26 miles in Arvada

Ralston Creek Trail in Arvada starts at Gold Strike Park, at West 58th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. Heading northwest, the trail passes near Olde Town Arvada, and continues west through residential neighborhoods stretching out to Arvada Reservoir close to Colorado 93.  Trail is paved and great for running and bikes. It can get busy on weekends, but it provides a nice scenic route for as far as you want to go. Keep in mind if you head east first, you will be going downhill, which leaves a slight incline coming home.
